On May 6, 2015 at 2:45p.m. members of the Southern Georgian Bay Street Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a male in relation to a Break and Enter that took place on April 24, 2015 in the Town of Penetanguishene.
Justin Alexander LUCAS (age 29) of the Town of Penetanguishene has been charged with:
· Two counts of failing to comply with a Probation Order contrary to sec 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

· Break and Enter contrary to sec 348(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
The accused was held for a bail hearing on May 7, 2015 in Barrie.
