(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 42-year-old female after police were called to a Western Avenue, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at approximately 6:21 p.m., an alert citizen contacted police after they observed a female walk to a motor vehicle and drive away. Officers patrolling the area subsequently located the vehicle and stopped it at a Main Street address.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 42-year-old Judy Lynn MORROW of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving, driving over the legal limit and novice driver- blood alcohol concentration above zero.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
