(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 24-year-old male after police investigated an incident at a Peel Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Friday, July 29, 2016 at approximately 2:07 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen reporting an assault.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that two (2) males became involved in a verbal altercation which then led to a physical confrontation.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 24-year-old Joshua Pedro SANTOS of Norfolk County, Ontario with assault and fail to comply with probation order.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
