(Centre Hastings) – On October 4, 2016 just after 2:00 a.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P stopped a vehicle on Highway # 62 near Hollowview Road in the Municipality of Centre Hastings where the driver was found to have been consuming alcohol. As a result of an investigation, the 28 year old driver Joshua PACKMAN of Tyendinaga, ON charged with Impaired Driving and Driving With More Than 80mgs of Alcohol in Blood. He will appear in Ontario Provincial Court in Belleville on October 27, 2016.
