(Hwy# 62 Belleville, ON) – On September 27, 2013 at 2:35pm Central Hastings OPP stopped a vehicle for speeding on Highway # 62 near Ducette Road in the City of Belleville. It was discovered that the driver had been consuming alcohol and he subsequently registered a fail on the roadside screening device. As a result 23 year old Joshua GOULD of Belleville, ON was arrested and charged with Over 80mgs. He will appear in Belleville Provincial Court on October 10, 2013.
