Joshua D. PLOUFFE – Drinking and Driving, Breach

(Russell, ON) ON August 23, 2013, OPP Constable Luc Turgeon responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 417 in Russell. At that location the officer spoke to driver of vehicle and noticed a smell of alcohol coming from his breath. The Roadside Screening device demand was read to driver. The driver refused to provide a breath sample. The driver was also breaching conditions of a previous release.

Joshua D. PLOUFFE 25 years old of Orleans will have to appear in L’Orignal court on September 4, 2013 to answer to the following charges:

CC 254(5) Fail to provide Breath Sample / Approved Screening Device / Peace Officer demand / Motor Vehicle

CC 145(5.1) Fail to Comply – Undertaking before Officer in Charge X2
