(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau, Drug Enforcement Unit assisted by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment executed a search warrant at a Church St apartment, Dunnville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Thursday September 19th, 2013 during the afternoon hours Police executed a search warrant at the Church St apartment where officers located and seized a quantity of marihuana, Codeine pills and related drug trafficking paraphernalia. Value of the drugs seized is approximately $3020 dollars.
Charged with Possession of an illegal substance for the purpose of Trafficking and Possession of an illegal substance is 34 year old Josh KING of Haldimand County, ON. Also charged with Possession of an illegal substance for purpose of Trafficking is 20 year old Robert LELIEVRE, 47 year old Marc LELIEVRE, a 17 year old male and a 15 year old male all of Haldimand County, ON. A charge of Possession of an illegal substance has been processed for 18 year old Brody LYMBURNER of Haldimand County, ON. All 6 accused are to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
