(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 23 year old male after investigating an incident at a Main Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Saturday, June 20, 2015 at approximately 10:48 p.m., police were called to the BB Family Convenience by a concerned member of the public.
Through the course of investigation it was determined that two males became involved in a verbal confrontation resulting in a vehicle being damaged. An unknown male left the area after police were contacted.
Police subsequently located the motor vehicle travelling eastbound on Radical Road and stopped the vehicle.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 23 year old Joseph DAVIES of Kitchener, Ontario with mischief under $5,000 dollars, driving over the legal limit and fail to have insurance card.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
