(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County detachment has charged a 33-year-old male after police investigated an incident at a James Street, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, November 19, 2015 at approximately 9:14 a.m., police were contacted by an alert citizen after a vehicle was observed driving in a dangerous manner.
Through the course of investigation it was determined that a vehicle entered a property striking a cement parking block. The block was dragged onto the roadway and the vehicle continued southbound on Highway 3. Officers patrolling the area located and stopped the vehicle at a Queensway West, Simcoe, Ontario address.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 33-year-old Jorden Trevor ALLIN of Norfolk County, Ontario with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
