(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On Sunday August 16, 2015 an officer from the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police stopped a blue Chevrolet Aveo on Highway 69 in the Township of Archipelago at approximately 4:22 am.
The driver of the vehicle Jorden SZYPERSKI (25) of Barrie ON – was arrested by police and was brought back to the West Parry Sound OPP Detachment. The driver was subsequently charged with driving with over 80 milligrams of alcohol contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused also faces additional criminal charges. The accused was released from custody and is required to attend court on Thursday September 17, 2015 in Parry Sound, ON
