(North Dundas) – On November 2, 2014 at approximately 1:00am, an SD&G OPP officer had the occasion to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation on Joseph Street in the Village of Chesterville, North Dundas Township. The investigation indicated that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Jordan COOPER (20) of North Dundas Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Driving a Motor Vehicle While Ability Impaired
– Driving a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on November 13, 2014.
