(BRANT TWP, ON) – On November 26th, 2010 at 3:20 am, a South Bruce OPP officer was patrolling eastbound along Concession 2, Brant Township, when a westbound vehicle forced the officer off the roadway. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol.
25 year old Jordan BOYLE of Clifford is charged with Impaired operation and Operate over 80 milligrams. BOYLE is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on January 18th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
