(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 12, 2014 at 2:34 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol checked a vehicle in the Davidson Centre parking lot and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 18 year old Jordan BELL of Huron-Kinloss Township has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 5, 2014 to answer to the charge.
