(LUCKNOW, ON) – On April 14, 2014 at 12:37 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Campbell Street in Lucknow checked a White Lincoln Mark 5 and found the licence plates didn’t match the vehicle. The driver, 28 year old Dustin MILLER of North Perth, was charged with Use plate not authorized by Ministry.
