Jonathan HAIGHT – Methamphetamine, Drive While Disqualified, Breach, etc

(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – A Whitby man faces numerous charges after the ATV he was operating was stopped by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).

On April 11, 2014 an OPP officer observed an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) swerving along on White Rock Road and subsequently stopped the vehicle. The officer determined that the driver was disqualified from driving and the ensuing investigation resulted in the arrest of Jonathan HAIGHT, 31 years of age.

Mr. HAIGHT is charged with the following offences:

Driving while disqualified

Possession of Methamphetamine

Fail to comply with probation order

Drive while under suspension

Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance

Drive off road vehicle without insurance

The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on May 14, 2015.
