(ENNISKILLEN TOWNSHIP, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged the driver who was involved in a fatal collision while he was operating a farm tractor on Petrolia Line, November 14, 2014.
The male driver of the farm tractor, John LENNAN, 51 years of age from Petrolia, has been charged with Causing Death by Criminal Negligence. The driver has a Sarnia court date of January 26, 2015.
As the matter is now before the courts, there is no further information.
