(CHESLEY, ON) – On June 19, 2015 at 8:25 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a fail to remain collision involving a pedestrian at the intersection of 1st Avenue south and 6th Street southeast in Chesley. Approximately 5:10 p.m., a male was jogging north bound along the sidewalk of 1st Avenue South in Chesley. As he crossed 6th Street southeast, a Silver Pontiac 4-door car turned onto 6th Street southeast and knocked him to the ground. The vehicle had been north bound on 1st Avenue south and continued east bound on 6th Street south east. The jogger was treated at hospital for minor injuries. Police are looking to speak with the driver of the Silver Pontiac.
