During the evening of Friday August 30, officers were notified about the whereabouts of an individual who was known to police to be wanted on outstanding charges and had been avoiding arrest. Officers patrolled the area of Durante Trailer Park and quickly located the subject, who was was arrested without incident. 26 year old Joey CARROLL of Sioux Lookout remains in custody and is facing 13 outstanding charges in relation to fraud, breach of bail release conditions, and failing to attend court.
