(AMHERSTVIEW, ON)- On Sunday, September 13th, 2015 at 1:05 p.m. officers with the Loyalist detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a complaint from a citizen of a burgundy van being driven erratically on Bath Road near Amherstview.
Officers located the van and subsequently arrested the driver for impaired driving.
Charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Over .80 mgs is 51 year-old Jo-anne GIACOMELLO of Kingston.
She is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on October 6th, 2015.
