(Embrun, ON) On January 17, 2014 OPP Constables were conducting a R.I.D.E. on Notre-Dames Street in Embrun. An older BMW pulled up to the officers. At that point the officers noticed an illicit drug inside the vehicle. The officer investigated the matter and searched the vehicle and seized illegal drugs

CDSA 5(2) Poss of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking- under 3 kg
CDSA 4(1) Poss of a Schedule II substance-Cannabis Marihuana – over 30 grams
CDSA 4(1) Poss of a Schedule II substance- Cannabis resin – over 1gram
