(Prince Edward County, ON)— On July 28, 2015 at 7:21pm officers with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Prince Edward County detachment were called to Sandbanks Provincial Park to assist Park Enforcement with a vehicle stop. Police confirmed that the driver had been consuming alcohol.
The female driver, 24-year old Jessica MacCRAE of Kingston, ON is charged with Operation With Over 80mgs of Alcohol, contrary to Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was later released from police custody on a Promise to Appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Picton on August 12, 2015.
