(NORTH KAWARTHA TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on McFadden Road for a Highway Traffic Act offence just before 9:00pm on Monday, May 28, 2018. The male driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Jesse PARENT (age 29) of North Kawartha Township was arrested and charged with:
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, Ontario on July 5, 2018.
