(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – September 27, 2015 at approximately 4:15pm, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting a RIDE check at Janetville Road and Golf Course Road.
An investigation was commenced and a driver was subsequently arrested and charged with Driving with More than 80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of blood contrary to Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The driver, Jesse GOFF, 27 years of age of Janetville will appear in Ontario Court of Justice on October 22, 2015.
