(ST. CLAIR, ON)- On August 11, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint in relation to an erratic driver on Brigden Road, St. Clair Township that had left the roadway entering a ditch.
As a result of the complaint the OPP attended the area to investigate. Upon OPP arrival, the driver of the motor vehicle was identified and confirmed. As a result, the driver, Jerry Lee GLYSINSKI, 30-years-of-age of St. Clair Township was arrested and charged with:
Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle- by Alcohol.
Fail to Comply with Court Ordered Condition (2 counts).
Possession of a Prohibited Weapon (2 counts).
Possess Weapon While Prohibited By Court Order.
He was held in custody pending a Bail Hearing dated for today.
