(INGERSOLL, ON.) – On June 18, 2015 at approximately 8:55 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint of a vehicle swerving on the roadway.
Police located the vehicle on Bell Street in Ingersoll and as a result of investigation, have charged the 28 year old male driver, Jerry CIPKAR of Ingersoll with the following:
Driving with More than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood ~ Criminal Code
Driving while under suspension – while suspended under Highway Traffic Act ~ HTA
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on August 4, 2015.
