(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Saturday, September 27, 2014, at approximately 11:58 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a 2010 Kia motor vehicle on Grey Rd. 7 near Sideroad 25 in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
Investigation revealed that the driver was under suspension for unpaid fines.
Jerrod BICKLEY, 35, of Cambridge, Ontario was issued a Part 3 Summons for the offence of driving while under suspension, under the Highway Traffic Act. He is scheduled to appear in Court in Owen Sound on November 10, 2014.
