(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On January 15, 2017 at approximately 3:50 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a 2008 Ford Edge vehicle on the Derby-Keppel Townline in the Township of Georgian Bluffs after receiving a report of a possible impaired driver.
The driver was issued a 3-day driver’s licence suspension for driving with a blood-alcohol concentration (BAC) in the “Warn Range”. The driver was also charged with possession of marihuana – under 30 grams under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act after a small bag of marihuana was seized from the vehicle.
35-year old Jennifer ROBERTSON of the Township of Georgian Bluffs is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on February 23, 2017.
