(SUDBURY, ON)- On October 21, 2016, at approximately 11:34 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 144, in the town of Chelmsford, in the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the female driver was under suspension.
Jehnna MORIN, 31 years of age, from Chelmsford, was charged with the following: Driving while under suspension, contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on December 5, 2016.
