(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) – On Thursday October 31, 2013 at approximately 12:43 am, officers from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. Program on Highway 6 and College Avenue, in the City of Guelph. A male driver of a 2005 Ford truck entered the check point and showed signs of alcohol consumption.
Jeffrey FENNELLY age 48 of Bruce, Michigan has been charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 mgs, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Bail Court on October 31, 2013 to answer to the charge.
