(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 43-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Culver Street, Waterford, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, November 8, 2015 at approximately 11:24 a.m., officers were on patrol in the area of Culver Street and Sydenham Street when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As result of investigation, police charged 43-year-old Jason Shane Howard HUFFMAN of Norfolk County, Ontario with the following offences.
· Possession of Marihuana
· Driving while disqualified
· Fail to apply for permit on becoming owner
· Operate a motor vehicle without insurance
· Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor
· Use plate not authorized for vehicle
· Driving while under suspension X2
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
