(ST CLAIR TOWNSHIP, ON) On November 28, 2013, just before 9:00 p.m. Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call about a vehicle in a ditch on St. Clair parkway near Curran avenue.
OPP officers found a Ford van involved in the incident and a traffic investigation began. As a result of the investigation, the driver, 38 year old Jason MOSIENKO, of Sarnia was arrested.
After subsequent breath tests the driver was charged with care or control over the legal limit, and he has a Sarnia court date of December 23, 2013 to answer to the allegation.
There is no report of injuries to anyone.
