(KINLOSS TWP, ON) – On August 24, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Highway 9 in Kinloss Township noticed a Silver Pontiac Grand Prix moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was speed was displayed on radar at more than 130 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. The driver, 38 year old Jason FELL of South Bruce Peninsula, was charged with race a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in court on October 6, 2015 to answer to the charge.
