(South Glengarry) – On December 4, 2014 at approximately 1:05am, SD&G OPP officers had the occasion to intercept an adult male at a property on Cannon Street in the Village of Lancaster, South Glengarry Township. A check of the male indicated he was in breach of conditions imposed from previous incidents. Police also located a quantity of suspected marihuana and credit card data (other card holder identification) on his person.
Jason DUNKLEY (42) of No Fixed Address was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to Comply with Conditions (2 counts)
– Possession of a Controlled Substance
– Use Credit Card Data
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
