(TEESWATER, ON) – On November 6th, 2010 at 5:38 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a single vehicle crash at the north end of Teeswater on County Road 4. Officers attended the scene and determined that the male driver had been drinking alcohol.
59 year old James YORKE of Teeswater is charged with Impaired Operation, Drive Over 80 mgs, Obstruct Police and Resist Arrest. YORKE is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on December 20th, 2010 to answer to the charges.
