(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 67 year old male after police investigated a vehicle at a Highway 6, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Monday, July 20, 2015, at approximately 9:48 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned member of the public about a motor vehicle travelling south bound on Highway 6. Officers attended the area and located the vehicle which was stopped and investigated
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 67-year-old James William SCOTT of Hagersville, Ontario with impaired driving and fail or refuse to provide sample.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
