(South Dundas) – On November 10, 2014 at approximately 5:55pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a vehicle being driven erratically on Lakeshore Drive in the Village of Morrisburg, South Dundas Township. The vehicle was observed parked off the noted roadway and a check of the adult female driver indicated she was under the influence of alcohol.
Jagdish DHILLON (38) of Toronto, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle While Ability Impaired
– Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle With More than 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content
– Having Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle with Unsealed Container of Liquor (Liquor Licence Act)
She was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on November 18, 2014.
