(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Sunday July 28, 2013 Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting a RIDE program at the intersection of Wallace Ave North and McDonald St West in Listowel. At approximately quarter to three in the morning a Chrysler sedan was stopped. The odour of an alcoholic beverage was detected on the male driver’s breath. The driver failed a roadside breath test and also failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests at the North Perth OPP Detachment in Listowel.
Jacob DYCK FRIESEN (20) from Norfolk County has been charged with operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood”. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Listowel on September 11
