(LEAMINGTON, ON) – On October 8, 2016 at approximately 9:00 p.m. an Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) member had occasion to stop a black Dodge on Talbot Street in the Municipality of Leamington, Ontario for a Highway Traffic Act of Ontario violation.
During the investigation the officer found that the driver had consumed alcohol prior to being pulled over and he was issued an Approved Screening Device (ASD) demand.
The driver subsequently failed the test and was arrested.
Isaak FEHR, 29 years of Leamington, Ontario will appear in a Leamington, Ontario court on November 3, 2016 to answer to the charge of Exceed 80 Milligrams of Alcohol.
