(Embrun, ON) On December 21, 2013 OPP Constables responded to a disturbance near the Tim Horton’s in Embrun. The officer dealt with intoxicated people. Arrangement for transportation was arranged but one individual refused to cooperate with officers.
Eric RIEUX, 22 years old of Embrun was issued a provincial offence notice for the following offence:
