Barrie Police officer was traveling s/b on St Vincent St when he observed a male staggering on the roadway with a shopping cart. The officer approached the male who eventually lost his balance and fell on the boulevard. The male had urinated in his pants due to his intoxicated level. The male was arrested for his own safety under the liquor licence act. The 37 yr old Barrie male was held until sober and released with a drunk ticket
