(ST. CLAIR TONWSHIP, ON) On October 20, 2013 at around 5:00 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint of an erratic Chevrolet vehicle travelling on Highway 40 in the area of Bentpath Line. OPP located and stopped the vehicle and while speaking with the driver it was determined that she had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 38 year old Destiny BLACKBIRD from Sarnia was over the legal limit. She will appear in a Sarnia court on November 18, 2013 to answer to the charge of being over the legal limit.
(WARWICK TOWNSHIP, ON) On October 20, 2013 at around 1:30 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a Dodge truck in the area of Brick Yard Line and Arkona Road. While speaking with the driver it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 22 year old Gregory VAN-AERT from Warwick Township was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Sarnia court on November 18, 2013 to answer to the charges of impaired driving and being over the legal limit.
(PETROLIA, ON) On October 19, 2013 at around 2:00 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle crash involving a Pontiac SUV and a pole on Petrolia Line in the area of Greenfield Street. No injuries were reported. While speaking with the driver it was determined that she had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 33 year old Christina WEBB from Petrolia was over the legal limit. She will appear in a Sarnia court on November 4, 2013 to answer to the charges of impaired driving and being over the legal limit.
