(BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On October 11, 2014 at approximately 9:05 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an erratic driver travelling on Highway 401 eastbound, east of Highway #2.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 48 year old Philip TESTER of Guelph under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Driving While Ability Impaired – motor vehicle (Alcohol)
Driving with More than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on November 25, 2014.
