(ODESSA, ON)- On January 31, 2014 at 11:48 p.m., police were dispatched to Old Wilton Rd, Odessa in regards to a bar fight.
A suspect in the brawl was stopped on Scotland Road and arrested for impaired driving. Officers observed open liquor inside the vehicle.
A check on the driver revealed he was also a suspended driver.
Charged with impaired driving and over 80 mgs is 39 year-old Michael ROULEAU of Kingston. ROULEAU also faces charges of having open liquor in a motor vehicle and 2 counts of driving while suspended.
ROULEAU was transported to Napanee Detachment where he was released on a Promise to Appear to attend Provincial Court in Napanee on February 25th.
