On July 27, 2014 at 10:34 a.m., the Guelph Police received information of a suspicious male sitting in a vehicle. Police located the male in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. It was determined that he was impaired and he was arrested.
David DOLYNCHUK, 44 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and over 80. He will appear in court on August 12, 2014.
