A 32 year old Barrie male is facing an August court date and a 30 day licence suspension.
Barrie Police were called to Collier St and Clapperton Ave by Barrie Fire for a car that drove into a stop sign.
Barrie Fire advised Police the driver of the vehicle appeared intoxicated.
Barrie Police spoke with the uninjured driver and placed him under arrest for impaired driving.
The male was transported to the Barrie Police Service where he provided breath samples of !25/mg where the legal limit is 80mgs.
