(NAPANEE, ON)- On Friday, June 5th, 2015 at 5:55 a.m. officers with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were dispatched to a single vehicle roll-over involving a four wheeler near the intersection of Beechwood Road and Johnson Side Road in the Town of Greater Napanee.
The male driver, who was not wearing a helmet, was found unconscious with a head injury.
He was transported to hospital by ambulance where he was treated and released.
As a result of the police investigation, 49 year-old Robert FRENCH of Napanee faces charges of impaired operation of a motor vehicle, refusing to provide a breath sample and possession of a controlled substance (marihuana).
FRENCH was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Napanee on June 16th.
