(TOWN OF FERGUS, ON) -On November 8, 2013 at approximately 11:50 p.m.Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers investigated the driver of a motor vehicle on St. Andrews Street in the Town of Fergus. Investigation revealed that the male driver was in possession of hydromorphone as well as drug paraphernalia.
Kyle McFadden age 26 of Elora has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on December 20, 2013 to answer to the charge.
