(NORTH PERTH, ON) – On Monday January 9, 2017 shortly before 11:30 a.m. the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision between a loader tractor and a car on Line 86 in the Municipality of North Perth. As a result of investigation by police, the operator of the loader tractor, 60 year-old Gary WESTRA of North Perth has been charged with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
