(GUELPH, ON) -On November 7, 2014 at approximately 12:08 a.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was patrolling Victoria Rd N Guelph and observed a male driving a 2005 Acura at a high rate of speed. It was locked on radar travelling at 110 km/h in an 50 km/h zone.
His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
Hung LAM age 47 of Guelph is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Court on December 17, 2014 to answer to the charge.
