(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 48 year old male after police were contacted by an alert citizen at a Grigg Drive, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Saturday, March 22, 2014 at approximately 12:44 p.m., an alert citizen observed a male enter the secured compound of HGC Management and immediately contacted police.
As a result of police investigation, 48 year old Hugo Anthony DEWINTER of Norfolk County, Ontario was arrested and charged with Break and Enter and Fail to Comply with Probation Order.
He will appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
